Privacy Policy

Application reads data from monday.com board for a sole purpose of performing the automation.
We don't store any board data accessed by the application.

All email communications are transmitted directly between the application and the SMTP server specified by the user.
We don't share or disclose your data to any other third parties beyond the SMTP server you configure.

When you configure SMTP server credentials, you may provide personally identifiable information (PII), such as sender name, sender email address, SMTP server login (username), and your SMTP server password. This information is encrypted and stored only for as long as the SMTP configuration remains active. It is deleted when you remove the configured credentials or uninstall the application.
