Installation

Install the application from the monday.com apps marketplace or via the installation button:

Add predefined integration to the board

Steps to add predifined integration to the board:

  1. From your board, click on “Integrate” at the top of the screen.

  2. Search and select “SMTP Email Sender”.

  3. Choose the available automation template.

  4. Configure the SMTP Server Settings.

    • SMTP Server Address (e.g., smtp.yourdomain.com)
    • Port number (usually 465 for SSL or 587 for TLS)
    • Username & Password
    • From Email Address
    • Enable encryption (SSL/TLS) if required
  5. Complete all necessary fields in the template.

  6. Click “Create Automation” to save.

Steps to add custom automation integration to the board:

  1. From your board, click on “Automate” at the top of the screen.

  2. Select Create from scratch.

  3. Choose the desired trigger for automation.

  4. Search and select “SMTP Email Sender”.

  5. Configure the SMTP Server Settings.

    • SMTP Server Address (e.g., smtp.yourdomain.com)
    • Port number (usually 465 for SSL or 587 for TLS)
    • Username & Password
    • From Email Address
    • Enable encryption (SSL/TLS) if required
  6. Complete all necessary fields in the template.

  7. Click “Create Automation” to save.
