"Automatic Excel/CSV Import and Export" automatically imports and exports CSV and Excel data from sources like SFTP server, SharePoint, and Google Drive URL.

Export Features​

  • Exports data from the board to a CSV file to SFTP server.
  • All column types from the board can be exported to CSV.

Import Features​

  • Imports data to monday board from a CSV and Excel file located on SFTP server.
  • Imports data to monday board from a CSV and Excel file located on Microsoft SharePoint URL.
  • Imports data to monday board from a CSV and Google Sheet file located on Google Drive URL.
  • Supported column types: Text and Long Text, Number, Status, Email, Link, Phone, Date.
    • Date column formatting:
      • date format YYYY-MM-DD (for example 2022-05-22)
      • date and time format YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS
        (for example 2022-05-22 13:25:00)
        When using date and time format, the Date will be imported, but the Time component will not be included.
