Export from monday
1. Install the App
Install application from monday.com apps marketplace.
1.1 Add the app to a board view
- Open monday board.
- Click the + (Add View) button in the board's tab bar.
- Select Apps from the menu.
- Search for Automatic Excel/CSV Import and Export.
- Click 'Open in board' to add the app to the board view.
2. Configure credentials
2.1 Credentials configuration (in board view)
The board view allows to add SFTP credentials that will be used by the integrations.
Credentials are privately configured within the board view. When other users access this view, they will only see their own list of credentials.
SFTP credentials configuration:
- Text to display: text displayed when selecting SFTP server in the integration
- SFTP hostname: for example sftp.yourdomain.com
- Port number: usually 22, ask your SFTP server provider if not sure
- Username: sftp username
- Password: sftp password
3. Schedule Exports
3.1 Export all columns to a CSV file to SFTP server

Specifying columns to export
To specify the columns you want to export, provide a list of their names. You can separate the column names by commas or write each name on a separate line:

- server - Select SFTP server configured in the board view.
- file path - Path to the csv file in SFTP server, for example upload/file.csv
